APH: the Neighbours

I like Romania so much!!! ^^

Some information that I've found:
After WW2 the first steps of USSR was the prohibition and closing of Ukrainian Schools in Romania
I was so shocked! It means, that even when Ukraine was officially dead, when Ukrainian language was forbidden, Romania was very kind to Ukrainians on the Romanian Territory!!!
This fact has changed my mind so much..
And even when we have some conflicts because of territory, this country can be our friend.
This work is my gift for all my Romanian friends!

p.s. I've not thought about territory conflicts, when I draw the island! I wanted to draw smth romantic ... Don't think anything
